I did some checking and found out that Mr. Mark DeStefano is associated with an attorney in Illinois that performs Mergers and Acquisitions, there is an office listed in Las Vegas, Nevada even though they don’t practice there.

The work is handled by another attorney office in that state.

Mr. Mark DeStefano is listed as the Business Affairs Manager for Jesky Law.

The last name matches our new CEO 0.39% , Mark DeStefano might be his son.
They seem to be dealing with mergers and acquisitions.
