Previously announced and discussed shelf offering. Page 8 clearly states that more capital will need to be raised to continue with operations. We all know you never want to be caught in an offering. Question is, how many shares will hit the OS and is this good debt to grow the company with revenue producing assets, or are we just buying restaurants.

Today $DPW filed a S3. Please note this was for prior deals. Please also note that the loans do NOT convert in the event we pay on time. We were legally required to file. Thanks, last week $DPW used Bitcoin to start paying down the loan.
