You peeps should transfer over to E-Trade. I filed my form they said about $150.00 and about 4-6 weeks for clearance.
After words 6 weeks went by and Ka Boom share were there in my account, no fees, and available for trade.
Holding and watching it grow in my account. So much nicer seeing it in my account. And it dropped my average per share considerably.
Seriously, if you trade pennies, they have the best platform.
