I think it's possible, if not likely that this was a pre-arranged sale. I don't see another way that this many shares could trade without causing a bigger jump share price.

It could have been a holder that was shifting shares from one hand to the other. Or also just an agreed to sale between two parties.

Denny says bigger eyes are watching, and I believe that probably is correct. Not hard to call around and see if you can find some stakeholder that needs to sell for some reason. Simple transaction run through the MM at that point.

I've seen something similar happen once, a number of years ago.
