Irish, I appreciate your comments and am glad to have a constructive differing of opinion. The reality is that the common these debt guys got is likely so minuscule in their world they don't really care whether it's a double or not from here. To them it's a rounding error. Having been in that world in a past life I can tell you that they are dealing with very, very large numbers in their bond portfolios and our little Syncora common is going to make jack for a difference in their return schema. They would much rather unload it for a nice gain and move on to what their forte is, bonds not common stock. Hell, they may even have a mandate not to hold any common stock in their portfolios.

But I appreciate your opinion and of course you may be right. Interesting conversation though and we'll likely never be able to crown a victor here as we won't ever really know.
