Right you are, at least 40 (maybe more), BUT they are ALL trying to get enough to power out of a battery or old fashioned piston motors, that is where the problem is. The laws of energy won't change because they are standing in the way of 40 + craft getting enough power for more then a 20 min one (small) person flight or just a helicopter. If not for FM, Moller would just be one more in a crowd, his power plant is the game changer. He also seems to have a new focus on getting a things completed.
