They announced a private placement of roughly 11 million shares at $.90 CA ($.6919 US) and raised $11.5 million to fund operations and research. The pps usually drops to that level after such an announcement . That's what happened today.

This is a good opportunity to buy as the share price should move up from here once the market digests/absorbs the news.
