WSTI is not in business in North Vernon. When the toxic note matured, Bates finally left. I and a distributor tried to get the Contract Manufacturing from WSTI to ensure the availability of product in the USA and for other projects outside the US. The contract manufacturing was given to people who had worked in and were officers in WSTI there in North Vernon. The employees there are mostly the same and the company is run by the mayor's son. They are producing products for distributors and projects outside the US. I do not know the means by which they deal with WSTI orders but was told that they do so.

I doubt that WSTI will return to North Vernon as it has become a true international company. With majority ownership of WST in Hyderabad (a private company) and others trying to enter the manufacturing arena around the world, it makes no sense to headquarter in Indiana. Bates knows he is business because he has installations in a bunch of countries spread out all over the globe! That is a big clue! He also has updated (current) corporate filings with Wyoming SOS.

My recommendation is that WSTI be a real company with a virtual location because the company itself does no manufacturing but rather has it done by contract. That way it can be all over the globe and not own equipment, employees, and so on.
