I went to the Georgia SOS and tried to find Bemax Inc - and oddly the company doesn't exist in Georgia. I searched using Bemax and the Officer's name Taiwo Aimasiko.

If a company is conducting business in the state of Georgia they have to be registered as a business entity. Bemax would be registered as a "Foreign" corporation in Georgia as it is domiciled in Nevada.

There is a 7% Corporate Sales tax in Georgia.

Is the CEO involved in Income tax evasion?
