I'm not a lawyer, and I haven't researched the law on this, but it's my own sense that every time the Greenshift Corporation misses an opportunity to file a 10-Q, I and other people have a reason to file another complaint with the SEC.

When I filed my last complaint, the last "missed 10-Q" was the one for their first quarter. If July comes and goes without one for their second quarter, I'll file another complaint with the SEC.

It's also possible that some 8-Ks might have been required under the SEC laws and regulations. It's easy to make the case that they help investors make their Due Dilligence. Perhaps a second complaint will dissolve the glue that is keeping KK on his couch, watching television while his Managers run the company.
