It obviously held no cache whatsoever, seeing that neither he nor his cronies have shown the least interest in AHIX. Why would he? There's nothing involved with an OTC ticker that has no business that would interest him. And Milligan, approaching him for funding, would be stopped at the front door and be told to go away because Soros is too busy to be bothered by someone who has been forced to accepting a non paying position in a failed OTC ticker.

So far, Milligan is just someone who has stepped into an established role in a company that failed to accomplish anything and is staying the course.
