Penny stocks are risky and those who invest in them assume the risk and should only use $$$ they can afford to lose.

That being said, there are many here willing to assume that risk
for a potential big reward once the financials come out and FLPC resumes mining.
For those seeking safe plays, there are plenty of other companies to consider.
