......($600mm) is simply my personal estimate.............the actual NOLs will come from amended income tax returns signed off on by both the FDIC and IRS.............

......actual NOLs could be more than $1B, easily........but the value of the losses actually goes down if there was deterioration before the seizure..........in the base year..........the year the bank is charged off...................
