If your talking about the same papers I received, the attorney I used said there are so many conflict of interest issues in the contract that it would be impossible for him to give me a thumbs up to sign. No only that but the terms were terrible and not to mention that the agreement could be rescinded at any time if the they so choose.

So no sign for me.
