Thanks Neuro. I have a feeling Lilly's stance:

explains a lot of the macro trends in COR that we are seeing from our vantage point outside of the black box.

This stance concerns me because it suggests that Lilly believes they can break the broad usage patent, *and* compete with Cortex in the lab.

They must feel strongly about both of those things, because assuming Lilly is bullish on Ampakines it's a huge gamble to let Cortex sign with another BP partner.

Especially when Lilly could be that partner for the relatively paltry sum of $30M or so... Aiming4.
