Actually, considering what ERHC started with, this is the worst failure I have seen in over 30 years of investing in oil and gas companies. Oil prices had little to nothing to do with this failure because oil prices were at record levels and ERHC still didn't perform.
If a .0002 share price and being on life support is anyone's definition of success, I'd hate to see their definition of failure.
6 dry holes and not discovering any commercial oil is pathetic.
