Wonder how they got around the zoning ordinance issue?

(This is from 2017, after the 2015 PR about the variance and use permit. Stipulation required ATO granted by June 5th.)

Anyways, nice of American Green employee Cory Anderson to leak the information on Facebook ahead of the press release. Gave everyone a chance to dump their shares today.

If there's one thing I've learned from American Green's press releases, it's not to believe everything they say. Specifically:

The absolute latest technologies are in place and include custom fertigation, real-time data monitoring to precisely control water and electric usage along with ceramic metal halide bulbs/hoods.

The American Green grow team is currently procuring rooted, female clones to ensure that their first harvest meets and exceeds expectations.

We believe that this 12,000 sq. ft. facility can generate first year gross revenues for the Company, and its partners, in the range of $2MM.

"Sweet Virginia"

These kind of statements worry me. American Green always oversells their products, whether it be Nipton, the vending machines, or their Jurassic Watering System and GroRaptor that no longer exist.

Expect missed deadlines, unfulfilled revenues, and just outright lies.

But who knows. Maybe they can grow some marijuana. It won't help their ever-growing debt though, and the looming convertible notes waiting to be dumped.

I'll wait for the quarterly revenue reports to determine if this is a flop though. As should any investor.
