Let's face it, prior to now Leo had no experience dealing with biotech at the top level, meaning dealing with Big Pharma. He was like a good prospect coming up thru the minors, lots of potential but never having been at "The Show", the big leagues.

His actions in past years, mainly in his communication style, was that of a newbie and he had many learning experiences of sticking his foot in his mouth when taking the quiet approach would have served IPIX better.

Now we bring in Dr. B with his history of working closely as part of Big Pharma upper management and his experience of what BP expects when dealing with critical trials and very high priced negotiations. He was the mentor Leo needed to show him the ropes of "The Show".

Leo has grown tremendously in just the last couple of years IMO and his communication skills now reflect that. Many times knowing when to be quiet is better than making firebrand speeches leading to expectations that may be unreachable.

I see Leo now as a polished negotiator at this critical time. He has made his position known as to what he believes we own and that the trials have backed up his position. He has let it be known he will not be cornered into making a poor deal just to get a deal done. He has shown he now knows to cater to the welfare of his shareholders rather than to their petty desires for immediate confirmation of everything going on behind the scenes by making no public statements before their time.

The slow pace of the trials has been both a major pain in the ass for stockholders but also a great benefit for we should end up with far better deals IMO than if they would have been negotiated years ago.
