This is not a reinstatement. A company has to be revoked before it can be reinstated.

Now I suspect that the annual report was filed fraudulently by somebody not representing PEII so that the fraudsters could run a pump&dump on this stock.

People can only get away with fake press releases, fake websites, fake twitter accounts, and fake SOS filings for so long before they get caught.

PEII, TSTS, ZNTR, TNKE, TRSI, BKEN, AMPG, NHPI ... just a matter of time
