I just proved that the former officers abandoned the shell.

Nobody is running CACH.


Yes shells get hijacked after they are abandoned and some of those hijacked shells get used for reverse mergers but as of now nobody has made any updates to the CACH Inc Delaware business entity. It is still abandoned.

So nothing will happen here any time soon.

And there is a chance nothing will happen at all before the zombie ticker ends up getting suspended as a delinquent filer. CACH is still an SEC registrant and they are now almost 4 years delinquent with their required filings. So CACH is a suspension risk.

But if people can't do the basic DD that I did to find out from the DE SOS that the shell has been abandoned since May 2016 and is still abandoned then oh well.
