Of course. PSAR are the dots. PPS above the dots (Good). PPS below the dots (Bad). Investors were just waiting for upper PSAR to get hit. Hitting upper PSAR on a 30 day 60 minute chart could possibly confirm another long uptrend like we just saw. Notice the volume come in when PSAR got hit.
