because "common stock is common stock" and not some special class that's never been registered..... of course I forgot - you just tell the transfer agent to not pay a dividend to those people - and if those shares on loan were sold - cause' that never happened either.... suppose the T/A magically knows who to not pay since those are a heretofore special class of common shares that the "company" has never accounted for - obviously.....

the only people who legitimately WANT this charade to continue are co-investors in toxic notes and perpetuating the lie that this scam does anything but print shares..... well..... it screws up the return for the toxic debt investors when the shares are halted.,
