LOI. MOU. Nothing final. What does that accomplish for VPER shareholders?
Even the purchase of 12.5% of Apollo Metro Solutions doesn't seem to exist anymore after stating that they could potentially acquire up to 49%. What happened with that?
Will GSI or the situation in the MOU ever be heard about again? If either comes to pass, what will it actually mean as far as VPER is concerned? Will VPER see any revenue or will it all just go to partners? What does the partner revenue mean for VPER and VPER shareholders?
