A few days ago, you said that buying this stock wasn't a true investment because of the lack of certainty in how the Appeals Court would rule, plus the lack of any SEC filings in the past year and a half. You called this stock a gamble.

I can understand how you feel, but I've been to casinos, where some real gambling takes place, sometimes with large amounts of money, almost always with a large percentage of someone's weekly paycheck. Some of those games, especially the ones that use dice, are a real gamble, but the games that use one or more decks of cards are not. Everyone knows the contents of one deck of cards, and some people can remember the cards that have been played so far in their game, whether it's poker or blackjack. The only uncertainty is the size and the composition of the rest of the deck (kn a poker game) or in the multiple decks of a blackjack game.

My short reply to your comment is that there are a lot of uncertainties in this particular stock, but there are ways of dealing with uncertainty. I'm using some of them, and I'm happy with the results I've seen so far.
