Just got off the phone with Jude again, they had issues with FINRA/Nevada, got back to them, had 4 more issues, all taken care of! We should hear something within 2 weeks, but he thinks any day as they have been working so hard on all with them!

He was very forthcoming and up beat, said merger is ON and all is going forward...........AMEN!
