OR the 100 day MA has dropped considerably and has acted like a ceiling each time. This would indicate along with the lack of positive , factual news and the broken deadlines again and again coupled with the historical action of past insignificant "milestones" price action would indicate a dramatic drop after it hits the ceiling of the 100 day MA. No good news = No catalyst=no volume=no push through the ceiling.

NO ONE WILL BUY THIS CRAP UNTIL ACTUAL CLOSING AND FUNDING ON ANY "POTENTIAL" FINANCING. Charts are useless without the emotions behind them. Right now, the emotions behind this scam is......THIS STOCK IS A POS!!!!!
