Sorry but it`s not done that way. Unreal how everyone has this so wrong. The milestone payment will be PR`d when Adxs receives the payment,not before,because it`s not done that way. I asked my buddy an hour ago to be sure,and he agreed that the day of the first dosing is`nt when Adxs will receive the check. Like Amgn came running with it this morning. Get real,they`ll pay it and it`ll be Pr`d when it comes into Adxs balance sheet,not before,,not even a hint about what it`ll be because that`s not how a company operates. When it`s in their hands we`ll know what it is. We might not find out until the next 10q,but I`m willing to bet they`ll have other news coming in the meantime that`s good,while we wait. With our cash situation,I`d like to think that they`d tell us as soon as they receive it,and not wait for the next 10q,but who knows. I understand the frustration,but c`mon,how about a little patience with Ken and his new plan,all this negativity about the milestone not being announced today is stupid and disgusting.
