Let's look at the CEO's own words. First he wants the two branches of laborsmart back under LTNC control. Second he wants to sell the alumifuel patent. Now he wants to RM the empty shell. Shareholders will get nothing of any sales. He will claim them as his CEO pay or as a "bonus" exactly like he did with LTNC branches he sold. AFPW has billions of shares, there is no way that he'll find new and unknowingly scammed investors willing to pay anything for current investors shares. Stock and company is dead. Not even sure the company exists legally as it's not only revoked but listed as "DISSOLVED" in the Nevada SOS database.
