I would imagine he has spent three years trying to make ends meet and not lose his business that I'm sure he invested in heavy and depended on prior to being the victim of this crime. He still has a home and family to maintain along with providing steady work for whatever employees stayed dispite the hardships the company may have faced over the years.
It's so easy to pass judgement on people you have never seen face to face but he's not just a CEO of a company that he has been actively fighting for, for three years but a person who has been doing his best not to fold under stressful circumstances.
Just let him work. I'm sure he has been able to focus on this case all these years just fine until people started realizing that he was making progress. Now people that have owned the stock for two weeks act like he ain't been doing nothing.
He been patiently waiting just like the long term guys for years. I doubt I would answer every question from every person that just joined my struggle last month either.
You may have a few thousand invested but I'm sure he probably had to refinance his house a couple times. Big difference.
