--same with every other one of Eddie Vakser's incestuous sister scams--SUTI/TDEY/PBHG. All apparently involve similar or identical scams and all involve Eddie "helping new management" achieve lift off so he can retire to his bar stool in neighboring Addison and drink away the millions stolen from widows and orphans. What a life he's led.
