Without any catalyst this will continue to drop in the PPS. Gravity will take over. There is no reason to be buying this stock currently and only marginally in the future. Without verifiable positive (that is having been accomplished) news this will drop, regardless what the "chart experts say". There have been to many "milestones" that have left the PPS either dangling or dropping, this is a fact!!! There is no other way around this. Charts only work from an emotional stand point, right now the mindset is "oh crap" now what another waiting period.
