IMO, FNBCQ case is completely different from UWBK. There is no law suit pending and the joint plan is being prepared by priority BK claimants and debtor. Both priority BK claimants and debtor decided to go with a joint plan and they requested court to postphone the judgement date. We should see some kind of signal by August.
