Sharp, from my OTC experience all I can say is the HCTI price is controlled to be at 0001 for some reason. Huge A/S increase, Billions of shares volume mostly at 0001, No Financials for Longtime all these things could be for Merger/Buyout or any big positive reason. Reason should be positive since company sales are growing exponentially. Seems like it's warming up for price correction. Patience pays here very BIG.
