Suppression? Think about a lack of buying. Need large funds buying en masse. Then, there'll be no "suppression". It's all about supply and demand, their balance.
The news is good, but still too early to get excited and start buying. For me before I put my next buy order, I need to see the cash issue addressed. Sign a deal, get upfront cash, get a large milestone payment. Then, I'm a buyer again. I believe my thinking is similar to that of the big funds.
