don't chase grand pa ,let him party and hide. Some people lost real money, over $1000 each b/c of how grandpa handled things, would you just tell someone who walked upto you and stole it "no problema, have a nice trip grandpa, with our money?"

Not hardly, CEO's who do this need to be held accountable - some are given a very hard time even when they do their best, that's what they take on going public asking for the public's money. Too arbitrary what's enforced, comes down to TM complacency, TM apathy, ppl too used to this happening too often, no excuse for blatant CEO laziness and downright lying.

To each their own but Grandpa is essentially an (albeit unwitting and bungling) thief lacking in courage and doesn't deserve to "party and hide." Meanwhile of course "do your DD (which can only go so far when it involves downright lies and/or inability to balance IR/ communication with investors with SEC reg's, all the complexities of being public, Pops may have bit off more than he could chew buying this company) and diversify, diversify," hit some out of the park.
I've mentioned only a few earlier, they're still out there, GL All.
