Absolutely. Pamela Thompson sent me a copy of a contract Sytner and Pino signed in late 2004 or early 2005. I posted it here. Megas claimed it was a "forgery". I never believed that.
And if you recall, months later, Megas offered to turn the shell over to Pino for $2 million, which of course was an excessive price. He didn't get upset till Pino never coughed up. Pino did send $50,00 to Megas, and $50,000 to Sytner, but that was it. The money was sent to their personal accounts; Megas never put it on the company's financials.
