My belief is they were working on the China deal in say somewhere in August through the end of the year. If you look in the 3rd Qrt reporting you will find this on page 16. (Seems to me a deal was done)

Another opportunity that management is exploring is the overseas, particularly the Asian market. We have found that U.S. products are widely accepted in Asia and with our coconut waters being produced in Vietnam shipping costs to China, for example, will be much lower than that to the U.S. mainland, making our products very competitive there.
