Over one year time since MMEX were in meetings with big time New York City type financiers, MMEX share price popped to levels of a nickel. 13 fold higher than the current share price that is has sunk to today.

About 7 months since the "groundbreaking", usually groundbreaking events are followed on by actual construction, TIC TOC, but not in the MMEX world. In the MMEX fantasy refinery world you do groundbreaking more than a half a year before any of the financing process is started. TIC TOXIC. MMEX share price falls 80% after that oversight.

TIC TOXIC, MMEX misses a self imposed deadline for financing and then states it will continue to actively obtain EVEN MORE TOXIC LOANS going forward. And as a "bone us" they let on yet another oversight of a core component of a simple refinery was overlooked,... and they miss calculated the cost by 40%. TIC TOC Thats gonna need very very very very very many more TOXIC LOANS.
