Wireless initiative DOA! UAMA CEO missed opportunity to quickly build a wireless business. Chose instead a failing strategy that alienated TNW Wireless with both Regulators and potential partners. But then it was apparently not about actually building a growing and thriving business. That's not UAMA CEOs style or business strategy. He's all about creating the illusion of a business with an upside, though the abundant facts clearly prove that he has never done anything to build a business of enduring value. A Canadian Judge found his business practice of regularly breaching contracts and agreements as appalling and entered his comments into the record. The reward for his performance has been bankruptcy and losing the key IP and assets from Investel Capital Corp. to the Receiver. All of this has hollowed out the business, left them with no cash flow, a decimated employee base and talent pool, a broken and inoperative wireless network in direct violation of the conditions of license.
