I agree Ease, losing the case is a possibility...however, I'm holding every one of my shares until the case is settled...I bought all my shares Mar-May 2005 because I was confident PTSC would win in court against TPL...Now, the names have changed, but I am more confident than ever...All of my shares I own today are free shares...I recooped my original investment long ago (also received the two divi's)...My opinion only, but I suspect our chances are much better than 50/50 (more like 80/20)...Going to hold and let this play out...and I'm willing to ride the ups and downs until the fat lady sings...Aint this fun!!!!!...just like Vegas...
