PAVmed Says Rights Offering Oversubscribed

07:43 AM EDT, 06/08/2018 (MT Newswires) -- PAVmed (PAVM), a medical device company, said Friday it received subscriptions exceeding the number of rights available to be exercised under an equity subscription rights offering and has accepted all valid subscriptions including up to 9 million units of the total oversubscribed amount.

It expects the rights offering to result in gross proceeds to be received by the company of approximately $10.4 million.
