Only place I find TORQ scribed is in DUTV quarterly. It is also stated that it was formerly Digital Utilities Inc.
All fine and good LA... But one of those ENTI shares was delivered as a Cert shares to my active ENTI shares count, Don't believe you can take it back... Now shares reside in a Ally account, assigned to APEX clearing. After a $275,000,000.00 asset sell to Ally and subsequent merger then acquisition by ALLY. Seem that transpired shortly after I filed a $250,000,000.00 Valid SEC complain. Read where the Government might have thrown in 1.4 Billion in Ally held securities. You know formerly GMAC. To settle a computer Glitch...around the same time.
Side Note: Money transfer last week did say APEX clearing on it...
Don't sweat the small stuff LA it's only "1" share from a account that was involved in a MARKET FAIL TO DELIVER...call it what you want. Still SECURITIES FRAUD in my book unless my account is settled. They were immediately release and payable divvy's that were 3 weeks late.
