They had to raise the authorized shares because of all the convertible debt they have issued. However, that doesn't mean it will all convert at once, so you are right... No need to even consider a reverse split for a year or two, as it will take that long to get the AS up that high, imo..

So meanwhile, the stock could run on the next 10Q filing, as they will then get the stop sign removed and become current...

Especially if they make a PR and talk about how revenues are going now.

It's a good speculation here, imo, at this level for anyone wanting to get possible 2 or 3 bagger returns... GLTA
