I have to get pre-clearance on any stock I want to buy or sell. I have to specify the number of shares and at what price I want to sell the shares at. If I buy a stock, I have to hold it for at least 30 days before I can sell it. That is BS. The SEC and wall st are a bunch of twinks. They need to quit keeping small time investors down that are trying to make a buck, and focus on the manipulative market makers. Guess what, the company that I have to initiate a pre-clearance is a market maker.
