To make ppl aware what this scammer CEO did and can all be verified. Told shareholders he had a CBD beverage that would be endorsed by actor comedian iced tea. Actor ice tea was confronted on his Twitter account if he had any knowledge of this pos company and beverage and he replied no. I googled images of the bottle that this CEO said was their product and found the company who produced that label and they said this CEO was illegally using their bottle photos and had no right to use. When scammer CEO was confronted and caught in this lie he said the CBD deal feel through. It was all his plan to pump and dump on shareholders. This is a true scam. CEO said no Reverse Split but he didn’t just surprise us with one split he did 2 splits as if to rub it In our face. Furthermore to prove this pos was run by one person I sent emails to his email address Including the IR address which he acts like he has different departments but he is the only employees of this scam. How do I know? I placed tracking cookies in the emails and when he opened them all he did it from his living room. I have his IP address and tracked it right to his house.
