with all the votes in hand, they can just change the comp package or salaries anytime they want, like they just did.
tomorrow they may decide to double the comp package.
the day after they could decide it vests at $2 pps market.
doesn't mean a thing.
that's what so telling about all this. They completely missed what the negative sentiment is all about. The way it's structured it's more like a publicly funded sole proprietorship.
not only that, it shows that mgt must think the shareholders are idiots that they would not see this.
