The fact that HDIH is an extremely bloated, over-priced, non-reporting, reverse splitting, dark/defunct, stinky pink-sheet, sideways, 3-way, upside-down, backward, reverse merger shit-stock with a big fat STOP sign makes it all the more likely laws are being broken behind the scenes.
