if the $4.3M is converted to commons, at let's say .0019/share, that's an additional 2.26 billion shares added, and if our current OS is just under 1 billion, this would triple the common share OS, as i see it.

another way of looking at this is they just did a 1 for 3 RS of the commons (diluting us by 2/3rds) but eliminated $4.3M in debt and interest in the process.

have i got this right?
