Why SNVP could hit 0.0014 just over a year ago but it stuck at 0.0001 for so long? Where are those aggressive buyers (who bought tens of millions of shares at 0.0014 ~ 0.0008) now? Why didn't they buy existing dirt cheap shares at 0.0002 ~ 0.0003 now? Will SNVP bounce back to 0.0014 again in 2018?

Anyway its non-reporting peer ever hit 0.0007 with 500M shares OS while SNVP just hit 0.0003 most recently with 701M shares OS.
