.0388 ? Was that the agreement based on SP when it was taken out ?

Normally these types of notes provide a choice to the buyer. They can convert into stock at the guaranteed price agreed (.0388) or get the 200k. As the price is well below .0388, they would be crazy to take stock. The 200k however has (I assume) already been raised through dilution, so in that sense it’s done.

I could be way off base here.. I have not read the terms etc.. please correct me if I’m wrong.
